Delete your Train3D account

This page explains how to delete your Train3D account and
what happens to your data. Train3D is the fitness app published for iOS and
Android as Train3D (package com.franklin.train3d), developed by
Franklin Safari. Train3D is intended for users 13 and older.
How to request account deletion
In the Train3D app (fastest):
- Open the Train3D app on iPhone or Android.
- Sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete Account.

Confirm twice. Deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone.
If you cannot open the app:

Email
support@franklinsafari.dev
from the email address or phone number on your Train3D account.

Use the subject line Delete my Train3D account and
include the name on the account.

We will verify ownership and delete the account within 7 days of
receiving a valid request.
Data that is deleted
When your Train3D account is deleted, we permanently remove the following
from our servers:
- Account information (name, email address, phone number, sign-in credentials)
- Profile photo and other photos you uploaded in the app, including food and equipment scans
- Workout history, programs, custom workouts, lift logs, and equipment scans
- Habits, daily progress, calorie balance, and water intake
- Nutrition goals, meal logs, shared recipe links, and saved or generated recipes
- AI chat conversations and related coaching history
- Train3D membership records stored in our systems
- Biometric sign-in enrollments for this account
In-app deletion is processed immediately. Email requests are processed
within 7 days.
Data that is kept, and for how long

Security and abuse-prevention logs (for example IP
addresses and error logs) may be kept for up to 30 days,
then deleted.

App Store, Google Play, and payment records are kept by
Apple, Google Play, and our payments provider (RevenueCat) as required
for billing, taxes, refunds, and fraud prevention. Deleting your Train3D
account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it
in the store: iPhone → Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Train3D,
or Android → Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions →
Subscriptions → Train3D. You can also use Profile → Membership in the app.

Health data on your device (Health Connect or Apple
Health) is not stored as raw heart-rate data on our servers and is not
deleted from your phone when you delete Train3D. Manage or delete it in
your device health settings.

Shared catalog content that is not tied to your account (for example
public workout videos) is not deleted.
